Owners, Mike & Alicia Love, are now on the precipice of opening their much-anticipated second location in Westchester County this year.

The Loves were the first to bring relationship-driven coffees to the local scene, putting an emphasis on the farmers and producers who tirelessly work to elevate coffee quality. This has been a foundation of the Coffee Labs philosophy and has led to their acclaim in the third wave coffee scene. Coffee Labs has been the recipient of countless accolades for their high quality roasted beans as well as Mike Love competing in and winning many barista championships throughout his career. Their commitment to coffee excellence and ethical farming practices continue to be a driving factor in the relationships they foster as evident in the many outstanding single origin coffees they feature.

Coffee Labs recently became Westchester County’s first employer to earn a National Living Wage Certification Seal from Living Wage For U.S. showcasing their commitment to their staff and dedication to overall ethical practices. The Loves believe that coffee is all about people- this is why they value everyone from farmer to processor to roaster to barista and everyone in between.
