Papua New Guinea Kinmuga Sourced from the South Waghi Valley in Jiwaka Province, also known as "The food bowl of PNG" for its fertile volcanic soils, this coffee is produced by a network of regional smallholders and naturally processed in an eco-friendly manner.
Tasting Notes: Chocolate Malt, Hickory, Medjool Date
El Salvador Santa Rosa, Washed Process - Located on the slopes of El Pital, one of the highest peaks in El Salvador, this relationship coffee is from Jorge Rivera, owner of Santa Rosa farms.The farm is unique because it exclusively grows pacamara varietals, which were bred specifically for this farm.
Tasting Notes: Cherry, Milk Chocolate, Earthy
Ethiopia "Sulladjah" Abana Estate Washed Process - This coffee is an exceptionally complex coffee from the Limmu region. "Sulladjah" is the name that was given to the highest part of the farm at around 2,200 meters above sea level.
